Engaging Leadership
The Engaging Leadership Certificate of Completion is awarded to clients who have made a significant investment of time and energy in developing their leadership skills. They are focused not only on their own success, but on the success of their teams, their colleagues and their organizations.

Instructor and Coach:
The Engaging Leadership program was developed by Alida Zweidler-McKay. It is based on her 20+ years of experience coaching leaders and teams to achieve their goals in record time.
Alida has worked with clients from multiple industries, in organizations ranging from Fortune 10 companies, to mid-sized and small businesses, as well as healthcare and academic institutions.
Alida has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and research experience at Harvard Business School.
Her programs combine theoretical rigor with practical, real-world experience, to guide clients through even the trickiest workplace dynamics, so they can achieve their outcomes quickly and sustainably.
